Spring Transition Outfit Series: Pretty in Pastels
Next up in my Spring Outfit Series, I’m talking pastels and the warmth they bring to an outfit. These pieces are perfect for cold days, but also light enough for warmer days.

This pink skirt is so flattering and girly, it’s one of my new favorite pieces I’ve added to my wardrobe. I wear a size M in this skirt. The ruffle sleeve shirt is from a local boutique, and scarf is from Ilymix. Click here to shop the scarf. Use code “heartofheather20” for an additional 20% off your order with them.
The colors chosen for this outfit are definitely fitting for spring, but I think work well in winter as well. In Minnesota, we recently had a large snowstorm about a week ago. It’s never too late in this state for snow! Adding the scarf to this outfit kept me warm.
Lastly, a simple pair of nude heels did the trick to complete this outfit. You could pair with a light colored ankle bootie, or flats if the weather is nice.
Want to see another way to style this skirt? My blog friend, Jensyn, has shared her take on this lovely pink skirt. You can follow her blog, Stripes in Bloom, and read more of her “Boho for Spring” look.
Now, for the fun part, I’ve gathered some options for you to shop a similar look! Check out the products below to create your own spring look.
Stay tuned for the 3rd and final look – coming next week!
